We specialize in the property management services of small and large apartment communities, as well as duplexes and condominiums. Below is a partial list of the services we provide:

  • Coordinating advertising through posting of signs, newspaper listings, and other sources to minimize vacant (or “down”) time.
  • Showing your property before and after business hours for the convenience of the prospective resident.
  • Taking detailed rental applications, lease signing and agreements, as well as, a background check, rent, and deposit to help ensure the quality of residents placed in your property.
  • Performing monthly exterior inspections and quarterly interior inspections of all units to ensure property upkeep and housekeeping of the residents.
  • Performing all needed maintenance and cleaning with in-house or contracted services, as well as, grounds keeping and landscaping, at less than market rates.
